Above Ground Heavy Duty Cross Brace - 72"

Designed to provide added strength and long-term stability, the Above Ground Heavy Duty Cross Brace is made from durable pine and precisely sized to fit an 72" wide stretcher bar frame.

Braces measuring 64" and over feature double centre notches, allowing for secure pairing with additional braces to create a reinforced “+” configuration with increased stability. Precision-cut tenon ends fit securely into the Above Ground Stretcher Bar’s centre notch, ensuring quick, accurate, and reliable assembly.

An essential upgrade for preventing warping and maintaining even tension. Especially important for larger artworks, wider dimensions, or canvases stretched with higher pressure.
