Chartpak AD Marker P42 Cadmium Yellow

Cadmium Yellow is a vibrant sunny mid-range yellow with a red bias. Although named after the pigment found in fine art paint, the AD Marker Cadmium Yellow does not contain Cadmium. It's similar in appearance to Dark Yellow, though slightly less saturated. It can be blended with lighter markers in the warm yellow range such as Cream and Maize, as well as with Dark Yellow to create slight variations in hue. In gradients, Cadmium Yellow as a mid-range colour can be blended into the deeper Goldenrod and into the lighter Cream. Cream and Maize offer good options for highlights against Cadmium Yellow, while Pale Sepia may be used to create a saturated, reflective shadow. For more muted shadow work colours in the Warm Grey range are useful.

This xylene-based marker is long-lasting and extremely blendable. The replaceable tri-nib tip offers the versatility of three marker points in one: Fine point, Medium chisel edge, and Broad sided edge.
