Country Lane Candle Dye - Red Violet 1/2oz

These 0.5 oz dye blocks can be mixed together for a wide variety of color combinations. The sediment-free, aniline-based dyes create clear, bright tones.

Melt your wax first, and then add color. Typically, one block of dye is used for 20 lb of wax to create a medium shade. To obtain the right color, add shavings from the dye block until you’ve achieved the right shade. Lighter colors require very little dye.

To test the color in your melting container, pour small amounts of colored wax into a dish to cool. Keep in mind that finished candles will be darker than the sample.
