General’s Charcoal White is great for creating highlights or to use alone for a unique look. Works well as a washout pencil for marking fabrics. Can be used over top of black charcoal. Blend with a stump, chamois, or kneaded eraser. This excellent quality pencil is made with a smooth cedar casing. Pre-sharpened.
