Kremer Pigments - Watercolour Fluorescent Set

Kremer watercolors are all made by hand in the Color-Mill in the Allgäu region. Kremer's pure, high quality pigments form the main ingredient and are bound in a home made medium based on gum arabic and honey.

Daylight fluorescent colors are brilliant pigments that show intense neon colors in daylight and fluoresce under UV light. The UV portion of the light is converted into visible light. These pigments are actually fluorescent colors dissolved in a synthetic resin. The lightfastness of these pigments is mediums.
