These crinkled handmade papers are eco-friendly and ‘tree-free’, derived from the Himalayan region's lokta bush, also called the daphne bush. After being cut down to 6", this bush completely regenerates in about 4 years, providing a reliable revenue stream for the village artisans of Nepal's rural and urban areas.
