PanPastel Start Tints - Set of 5

PanPastels are ultra-soft and made for painting, drawing and mixed media. They are packed in a pan format (or cake) and can be blended and applied as dry colour or fluid paint. Each colour is made with the finest quality artists' pigments with excellent lightfastness and completely eraseable. The colours can also be easily mixed, unlike standard pastel colours.
