Pentel Oil Pastels feature clear, brilliant colours that apply smoothly and blend easily for subtle shades, tints, and colour mixtures. Colours are long lasting and fade resistant. Can be used on paper, board, or canvas.

Various uses and applications:
-Use as dry colour for thick or thin and rough or smooth effects
-Use wet with turpentine or mineral spirits
-Usual application produces a drawing effect, but when brushed over with a wet brush, colours can be blended and shaded.
-Ideal for washes and scratchboard techniques.
