Milky-white liquid that dries to a transparent and water-resistant film. Can be used as a final coat to add gloss on art work as well as mixed in with paints. The larger the amount you mix, the glossier and more transparent the paint becomes, and the better the adhesion. Please note the Gloss Varnish is not removable once dried.
