Exceptionally resilient and durable, Winsor & Newton watercolour paper will not warp or cockle even when saturated with large volumes of water. Made on a traditional cylinder mold. This ensures the fibers are interwoven, which gives the paper far greater strength and dimensional stability.

Fibers are internally and externally sized, allowing it to withstand the roughest of techniques. Colours remain brilliant and intense.

Cold pressed paper has a less textured finish and produces the brightest paintings. Its increased surface area holds more colour and rejects more light. Winsor & Newton professional paper is constructed with 100% cotton with pure spring water.
