Winsor & Newton’s Artists' Oil Brush is a high quality hog brush and provides a level of performance that is unrivalled. By using the finest Chunking hog bristles, the hair is extremely resilient and the brush retains its working edge and shape for far longer.  The bristles are also ‘flagged' (split at the ends) giving the brush the ability to carry more colour and to apply it evenly to the surface.

The natural curve of the bristle is utilized to produce a consistent shape. Artists' Oil Brush has a contoured satin matte handle that provides balance when painting close up by the ferrule or back by the tail. The matte finish minimizes glare when plein air painting. Also suitable for acrylics.
